Preferred specialisation(s): brownfield regeneration, waste management engineering, engineering surveying.
A candidate who is either chartered or close to chartered in a relevant professional body, with experience of working in either consultancy and/or contracting in one of more of the following fields: environmental, remediation, civil engineering, or waste management.

Preferred experience:
The following is an indication of the preferred skills / experience that the successful candidate is likely to have:

Project management of several projects at any one time to ensure completion of project within timescales and budget.
Supervision of siteworks and junior colleagues.
Preparation of factual and interpretative reports.
The design and implementation of environmental remediation schemes.
Health and Safety requirements under the CDM Regulations.
Capable of professional liaison with the Regulatory Authorities.
Waste management engineering.
Good knowledge of Environmental and Waste Management Legislation.
Engineering surveying, and working knowledge of digital terrain software and CAD based software.
Familiarity with ISO9000
