A Site Manager who has been working in construction-related site works since 1983, his key responsibilities include:

Organising site set-up, mobilisation and de-mobilisation activities.

Site health & safety responsibilities including site inductions and “tool-box” talks.

On-site technical management of remediation projects including soil stabilisation, bio-piling and groundwater remedial treatment.

The excavation, loading and disposal of contaminated soils, and associated waste consignments notes.

Supervising backfill operations, including meeting geotechnical specifications.

Excavation and crushing of reclaimed concrete.

Supervision of screening of treatable soils.

Liaison with clients and the Regulatory Authorities.
